Grace obtained her master’s degree in genetic counseling from California State University, Stanislaus. During this training, she collaborated with Accord Alliance to conduct research for her thesis on best practices with DSD care. Prior to her graduate work, Grace received her bachelor’s degree in molecular toxicology with a minor in Russian literature from the University of California, Berkeley. She then worked as a health scientist specializing in risk assessment at a scientific consulting firm in San Francisco. Grace is committed to understanding and improving the many layers that contribute to quality care for individuals with DSD.
